As a Lead Partnerships at HT Digital Streams, your role will involve driving collaborations across the entire value chain including Supply (Banks, NBFCs), Demand (Digital & Physical Sourcing), and Enablers (Bureaus, Technology Service Providers). You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling partnerships that fuel growth, strengthen the ecosystem, and deliver long-term business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage partnerships across the value chain: - Supply: Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. - Demand: Digital aggregators, offline sourcing partners, and distribution networks. - Enablers: Credit bureaus, fintech platforms, and technology service providers. - Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle management from outreach and negotiations to execution and growth. - Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless partner integration. - Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to maximize ROI. - Stay updated on market trends to identify and leverage new opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. - 36 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances within BFSI, fintech, or digital platforms. - Proven track record of managing B2B partnerships across banks, NBFCs, sourcing partners, and enablers. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver measurable outcomes. Good to Have: - Familiarity with credit bureau integrations, fintech innovations, or channel distribution models. - Exposure to scaling multi-partner ecosystems.
