The Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Lead Mobile App Developer to spearhead the development of our flagship cross-platform mobile application. Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Development: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our robust cross-platform mobile application for both iOS and Android. Product & UI/UX Collaboration: Actively participate in product definition, working closely with stakeholders to understand high-level functional requirements. A deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, design patterns, and best practices is essential for implementing a delightful user experience. UI/UX Design & Prototyping (Opportunity for Skilled Candidates): For candidates demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and a desire to contribute beyond development, there will be an opportunity to translate high-level requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric UI/UX designs, including creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (e.g., using Figma) for stakeholder review and feedback. Technical Leadership & Architecture: Contribute to the technical architecture and strategic roadmap for the mobile application, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Backend Integration: Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration and data flow. Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion best practices for code quality, testing, security, and maintainability; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers (if applicable). Performance Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to ensure the application delivers a smooth, responsive, and highly performant user experience. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to interpret abstract requirements, make informed technical decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications Proven track record (2+ years) of developing and deploying high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using leading frameworks such as Flutter or React Native Big Plus Experience implementing secure user authentication flows (e.g., OAuth, Firebase Authentication, JWT). Direct experience and proven ability to create compelling UI/UX designs from high-level requirements, showcasing a strong design portfolio. Proficiency with UI/UX design tools, particularly Figma , for prototyping, wireframing, and visual design. Experience with advanced mobile features such as camera integration, push notifications, and local data persistence.
