Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using Pega PRPC. The role involves leading technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Pega applications and frameworks
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Provide architectural guidance and enforce Pega best practices across projects
Mentor and support junior developers and system architects
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and governance policies

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required
8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, with at least 2+ years as LSA
Strong expertise in case management, decisioning, integrations, and UI/UX design within Pega
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
