As an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using Pega PRPC. You will lead technical teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and deliver scalable solutions aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of Pega applications and frameworks - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Provide architectural guidance and enforce Pega best practices across projects - Mentor and support junior developers and system architects - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting - Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and governance policies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required - 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, with at least 2+ years as LSA - Strong expertise in case management, decisioning, integrations, and UI/UX design within Pega - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills While Perficient has offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Nagpur, and Pune, the position offers a hybrid work model where you can report to a location nearest to your current location when needed.
