Team Leader – Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage local and remote development teams
• Foster collaboration, engagement, and productivity
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

2. Project Oversight

• Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders on scope, timelines, and objectives
• Track progress and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery

3. Technical Leadership

• Create and review Technical & Functional Design Requirement documents
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
• Perform code reviews to maintain quality and optimize performance

4. Communication

• Enable effective 360-degree communication across teams and stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams

5. Process Improvement

• Implement and enhance development best practices
• Promote Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

6. Requirements Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into technical solutions

7. Additional Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master when required
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading development teams
• Strong hands-on experience in

  Core Java, Python, and NodeJS

• Experience with

  AI/ML projects

  ; familiarity with

  OpenAI API

  preferred
• Proven experience managing local and remote teams
• Strong knowledge of

  SDLC

  and

  Agile/Scrum

  practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in defining technical architecture and best practices
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
