Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers; ensure code quality and timely delivery.
• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure applications using Java/J2EE.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and optimize performance.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud adoption where applicable.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 9–16 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in

  Core Java

  ,

  Spring/Spring Boot

  ,

  Hibernate/JPA

  , and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with

  Microservices architecture

  and

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and performance tuning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
