Key Accountabilities:

A. Team Leadership:

• Lead team of Architects, Leads, Developers & Testers.

• D

  efine team member roles, expectations & growth plan

• Assign and monitor work of team members and provide timely guidance and feedback.
• Communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders regarding key project objectives and steps and to ensure buy-in.

• Escalate issues to others with more experience and/or authority when necessary

B.

• Determine the

  project approach, roles, responsibilities, and schedule in collaboration with the Product Strategy & Direction Team

• Create and execute delivery plans for successful, timely product releases . Closely monitor projects from initiation through delivery for continuous improvement.

• Develop and manage project governance including client / sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc.

• Manage scope and scope change requests in collaboration with client
• Plan and track schedules and budgets.
• Identify and develop contingency plans to mitigate and address risks; Implement change management activities when necessary.

• Project communications - Ensure that all milestones, dates, project plans, and changes are communicated to all affected team members.

C. Analysis:

• Interpret the meaning and implications of business requirements data and reports to achieve project goals
• Analyze, interpret, and derive meaning from data on projects and base initiatives using SQL, Excel, Access, etc.
• Participate in the requirements gathering process.
• Analyze current processes and recommend/implement process improvements.

D. Manage Relationships:

• Manage relationships with internal / external stakeholders
• Manage Satisfaction scores for the project
• Coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Negotiate with stakeholders and sponsors to set expectations and build consensus around project objectives.

Key Technical & Functional Skills

• Shall have 12-16 years of experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science +

  MBA - not required, but good to have
• Prior

  experience working with US, UK, EU clients

• Proven track record of

  Launching Products and management of Product Life cycle

• Proven track record of Customer Obsession
• Strong analytical

  problem-solving experience

• Proven

  ability to make smart feature (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs

• Extremely

  results and detail-oriented

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project Management tools required

• Familiarity with

  digital collaboration tools

• Familiar with

  web-based systems and tools, database management tools, software applications and new age mobile applications in order to help drive digital product development.

• Familiar with

  digital product development

• Product management experience with CRMs would be a plus
