Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Internal Auditor, based in Mumbai. The Lead Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing and reviewing audit reports, and ensuring adherence to both internal policies and external regulations. The role includes performing detailed analysis of financial processes, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvements. The individual will collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing comprehensive Audit Reports
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and identify risks
• In-depth knowledge of Financial principles and processes
• Exceptional Communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly
• Proven expertise in conducting Financial Audits
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CIA will be advantageous
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
