Role Description Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud – Senior Developer Experience Range 5–6 Years Total IT Experience, including hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud development and implementation. Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennail, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum Overall Experience 5–6 years total experience in the IT industry, including hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud 3–4 years specifically in Salesforce development, implementation, administration, and configuration Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with USA-based teams and interact with IT/business stakeholders Experience in Sales, Service, and Community Cloud is good to have Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus Salesforce.com Certifications Mandatory: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Platform Developer I App Builder Certification Desirable: Salesforce Integration Architect Good to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certifications Must Have Skills Experience working on at least one end-to-end Data Cloud project, covering both design and implementation Strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud Hands-on experience with: Data Streams Data Model Object (DMO) Data Lake Object (DLO) Data Mapping Calculated Insights Segmentation and Activation Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud Proficient in configuring and managing large-volume data ingestion from multiple sources Implement Identity Resolution (IR) rules to unify customer profiles Develop and optimize: Calculated Insights Audience Segmentation Activation strategies across channels Good To Have Skills Experience with data modeling and warehousing Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance practices Proficiency in SQL or similar data query languages Experience integrating Data Cloud with marketing and sales platforms for real-time activation Hands-on understanding of schema design, mapping, and integration architecture Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and cross-cloud implementations Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Data Cloud solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity Configure and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data strategy, architecture, and mapping Monitor and optimize system performance; proactively address technical issues Drive customer engagement by activating segments across multiple marketing/sales channels Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance across all layers of the solution Support end-to-end development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support Skills Sfdc,Sfdc Design,Analytics Show more Show less
