Role Description Job Title: OpenText EDI Support Resource Location: PAN UST Offices Experience: 5 – 7 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced OpenText EDI Support Resource to support and maintain the OpenText EDI platform across UST’s enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless EDI transactions between trading partners and ERP systems while optimizing processes and minimizing manual intervention. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain OpenText EDI solutions (Trading Grid, BizManager, ActiveDocs). Integrate EDI workflows with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.). Map and manage EDI documents like invoices, POs, shipping notices, etc. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI issues including transmission failures and mapping errors. Optimize EDI system performance and ensure high availability. Ensure adherence to EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML) and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and trading partners for onboarding and system enhancements. Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, mappings, and workflows. Provide training and ongoing support for business teams. Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance with minimal disruption. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of experience with OpenText EDI solutions (Trading Grid, BizManager, ActiveDocs). Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML). Experience integrating EDI with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Infor. Proficiency in EDI mapping tools (BizManager, XSLT, Data Mapping). Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data analysis. Familiarity with EDI communication protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2). Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to automation and scripting for monitoring. Experience with cloud-based or hybrid EDI environments. Familiarity with OpenText ActiveDocs and other integration tools. Understanding of supply chain or finance domain processes.
