Job Description

We are seeking talented

Lead - HR/TA (Human Resource/ Talent Acquisition),

responsible for end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, policy management, and collaboration with external institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring:

    Develop recruitment strategies, post job openings, and conduct interviews to select qualified candidates.
  • Coordination:

    Schedule and align interviews for advanced stages, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. Notify candidates of their application status and provide feedback where applicable.
  • Onboarding & Induction:

    Conduct induction programs, complete onboarding formalities, and introduce new hires to the organization.
  • Data Research:

    Support recruitment and pre-sales with market research data as needed.
  • HR Compliance:

    Oversee employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with HR policies, and address employee concerns.
  • Placement Support:

    Build partnerships with institutions for recruitment and represent the company in campus drives.
  • Attendance Management:

    Monitor staff attendance and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, HR or technology; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource, Talent Acquisition and Resource management in the IT consulting or service industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills is a must

Self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

Availability to work in the Central Time Zone ( USA) is a must !

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
