Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist identifies, qualifies, and nurtures potential business leads to support the agency’s growth and client acquisition goals.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target prospects through online platforms, social media, and industry databases.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, interest, and likelihood to convert into clients.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or B2B outreach preferably in agency or SaaS sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
