Sales Development Representative or Lead Generation (Night Shift, USA Market)

About the Role:

Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Identify Leads:

  Identify target companies, decision-makers, and prospects using various tools and techniques.

• Outreach Activities:

  Conduct cold calls, emails, and engage via social media to initiate conversations and qualify leads.

• Qualify Leads:

  Understand potential client needs, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.

• Appointment Setting:

  Schedule calls and meetings between potential clients and the sales team.

• CRM Management:

  Update and manage lead data in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-ups.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

• Achieve Targets:

  Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets of generating 5 SQLs per specialist.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience:

  5+ years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field, especially targeting the USA market.

• Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Cold Outreach:

  Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and using social media for business outreach (LinkedIn, etc.).

• Research Skills:

  Ability to research and gather data on potential leads using lead generation tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.

• CRM Tools:

  Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM preferred).

• Target-Driven:

  Motivated to meet and exceed lead generation targets.

• Collaboration:

  Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Industry Experience:

  Experience in the IT services or software solutions or Manufacturing solutions is a plus.

• Time Zone Flexibility:

  Willingness to work night shifts to align with the USA market hours.
