About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Associate who can turn data into results. If you’re obsessed with ROAS, CTRs, CPCs, and know how to make every click count, this role is for you. Along with paid ads, you’ll also work on SEO optimization and managing Google My Business to boost organic visibility and strengthen our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad formats.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.

• Manage SEO activities: keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and tracking rankings.

• Handle Google My Business profiles – ensuring accurate details, frequent updates, and engagement through posts/reviews.

• Analyze trends and insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

• Keep up with the latest tools, trends, and platform updates across performance marketing and SEO.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing & SEO (internship/project work also considered for freshers with strong skills).

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Solid understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar).

• Experience managing and optimizing Google My Business profiles.

• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Familiarity with attribution models, pixels, and tracking tools.

• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
