About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can turn data into results. If you’re obsessed with ROAS, CTRs, CPCs, and know how to make every click count, this role is for you. Along with paid ads, you’ll also work on SEO optimization and managing Google My Business to boost organic visibility and strengthen our digital presence.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning:

   Develop and implement social media strategies and create editorial calendars for content planning. 

• Content Creation:

   Create engaging and platform-specific content, including text, images, videos, and reels, that aligns with brand values. 

• Community Management:

   Interact with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and moderate user-generated content. 

• Campaigns:

   Design, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including both organic and paid tactics. 

• Performance Analysis:

   Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance against goals, identify trends, and optimize strategies. 

• Collaboration:

   Work with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to coordinate actions and manage brand reputation. 

• Trend Monitoring:

   Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
