Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Pune, with flexibility for remote work. The specialist will manage and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and oversee social media campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, and working closely with the marketing team to promote Sidekickk’s vision and engagement across various platforms. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation Experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies Strong Communication skills for clear and compelling messaging Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for performance Proficiency in relevant social media platforms and tools Creativity and adaptability to develop content for diverse audiences Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus
