Role Description

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, conducting marketing research and performing web analytics to generate high-quality leads.

You're an awesome fit if you have

• Proficiency in Lead Generation via cold/warm reachout, conducting online events, networking etc.
• Strong market research and analytical thinking
• Experience building Marketing systems (CRMs, Lead Magnets, automations, workflows etc.)
• Experience with LinkedIn, Meta and Instagram Ads
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Bonus points for

• Experience in the AEC industry
• Prior startup experience
• A degree in Marketing or Business
