About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can drive qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and strategic prospecting. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing team to build strong lead pipelines and improve engagement.

Responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and targeted outreach
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies across channels
• Create email engagement and nurturing workflows
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better conversions
• Build and maintain lead databases using marketing automation tools
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality and follow-up processes
• Write effective copy for emails, landing pages, and outreach messages

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Email marketing strategy and execution
• Lead generation and campaign management

Experience

3–5 years in lead generation or marketing with proven results.
