Lead Generation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize our dialer system to initiate outbound calls to potential leads and present our energy solutions
• Engage and build rapport with prospective clients to identify their needs and interests
• Record and maintain detailed information about leads and interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to effectively hand off qualified leads
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM tools
• Availability to work full-time hours in the specified schedule
