Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Chandigarh, India. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on identifying and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, engaging with leads via email or phone, maintaining a high-quality lead database, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will also create, track, and refine lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives, supporting an effective sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying potential New Leads
Excellent Communication and client engagement skills
Sales experience with a goal-oriented approach to driving conversions
Expertise in conducting Research to identify prospective clients and market trends
Proficient in using CRM software and related tools for tracking lead data and activities
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in digital marketing or within a digital transformation agency is advantageous
