Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Kochi. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and acquiring new leads, generating and qualifying prospects, and researching potential opportunities. Key responsibilities will include initiating communication with potential clients, building strong relationships, collaborating with the sales team, and supporting the implementation of lead generation strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sourcing new leads and executing lead generation strategies
• Strong communication skills to engage prospects and build meaningful relationships
• Solid experience in conducting research to identify potential business opportunities
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and contribute to meeting business growth targets
• Prior experience in sales or a similar role is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management systems is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
