About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Lead Generation Specialist

to join our growth team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads across global markets to support our sales pipeline and business expansion. If you enjoy research, outreach, and building relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential prospects through

    LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, Upwork, and other B2B tools

    .
  • Perform detailed market and account research to build targeted prospect lists.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via

    email, LinkedIn, and calls

    to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and hand over to the sales team.
  • Schedule discovery calls and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies.
  • Track KPIs such as outreach count, conversion rates, and meeting setups.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in

    B2B lead generation or inside sales

    in IT Services.
  • Strong research skills with knowledge of prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage prospects professionally through email and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Good understanding of technology services (bonus point if experience in IT/Software domain).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with international markets (US/UK/Europe,UAE).
  • Knowledge of basic sales sequences and outreach automation tools.
  • Understanding of SDLC and IT services offerings.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
