Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, analyzing business processes to enhance customer relationship management and marketing workflows, designing user-friendly interfaces, creating detailed documentation, conducting competitive analysis of CRM solutions, working closely with development teams, leading user acceptance testing, providing training to end-users, and monitoring CRM performance post-launch for recommendations. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst focusing on CRM systems, a proven track record of designing and implementing CRM systems in financial services environments, a strong understanding of CRM functionalities, familiarity with commercial loan origination systems and marketing platforms, proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools, exceptional communication skills, and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
