Business Analyst - CRM & Marketing

As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and launching a robust CRM system that seamlessly integrates with our deposit account opening, personal and commercial loan origination systems (LOS), and lightweight marketing platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, and be able to align technical requirements with business objectives effectively. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, analyzing business processes to enhance customer relationship management and marketing workflows, designing user-friendly interfaces, creating detailed documentation, conducting competitive analysis of CRM solutions, working closely with development teams, leading user acceptance testing, providing training to end-users, and monitoring CRM performance post-launch for recommendations. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst focusing on CRM systems, a proven track record of designing and implementing CRM systems in financial services environments, a strong understanding of CRM functionalities, familiarity with commercial loan origination systems and marketing platforms, proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools, exceptional communication skills, and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
