Job Description

We are looking for aresult-oriented Lead Generation Expert with strong experience in identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads for B2B/B2C sales. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in using modern lead generation tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies to consistently deliver high-quality leads that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Identify potential prospects through market research and database building.
  • Generate qualified leads and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Performax, etc.).
  • Use automation and prospecting tools (Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to identify and reach decision-makers.
  • Track, measure, and report performance metrics (leads generated, conversion rate, campaign ROI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals.
  • Regularly test and optimize outreach messaging, subject lines, and targeting strategies for better results.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new tools in lead generation.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in lead generation (minimum 3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Performax, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in using prospecting platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under target-based environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Sales tools will be an added advantage.
