We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to drive business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into valuable partnerships. This role is crucial in growing our client base across domestic and international markets.
Generate new leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels
Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Understand Shlokin’s service offerings and confidently communicate them to potential clients
Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities
Regularly find and verify contact details of leads through LinkedIn, email databases, and other tools
Schedule meetings and follow-ups via calls, emails, or WhatsApp
Document lead progress, interactions, and outcomes
Stay informed on current affairs and news in the business and digital landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email marketing tools
Basic knowledge of ORM, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing is a plus
Prior experience in telesales or the digital marketing industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
