LOCATION: JHANSI
FULL TIME || DAY SHIFT ONLY
6 DAYS WORKING || SUNDAY OFF

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Lead Generation Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads to drive company growth. This role involves researching potential clients, engaging prospects through various communication channels, and nurturing leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

What you’ll do:

1. Research & Identify Leads: Use online tools, databases, and social media to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

2. Outreach & Engagement: Contact leads via email, phone, and social media to establish initial communication and assess their interest.

3. Qualify Leads: Evaluate the suitability of leads based on defined criteria to ensure they align with the company’s target audience.

4. Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed lead information.

5. Follow-Up: Schedule meetings or calls with qualified leads for the sales team and provide relevant background information.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

7. Performance Tracking: Analyze lead generation metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

· Experience: Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.

· Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

5. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
