Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Pune for a full-time, on-site role. You will identify and qualify new leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and engage potential clients through strategic outreach efforts. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing targeted lead generation campaigns, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals. Proactive communication, attention to detail, and results-oriented thinking are critical to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in identifying and qualifying New Leads and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with potential clients
• Experience in Sales, understanding sales lifecycles, and supporting revenue growth
• Ability to conduct thorough Research on market trends and opportunities
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in software solutions or cloud industries is advantageous
