Position: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our end-to-end Microsoft Business Applications portfolio - including Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), Power Platform, Azure, Cloud Transformation, Managed IT Services, and IT Infrastructure (hardware, software, and networking).

The ideal candidate should have proven experience generating high-quality B2B leads for IT consulting, SaaS, or Microsoft Solutions Partner organizations across APAC and EMEA regions, with a strong understanding of enterprise technology buyers and outbound prospecting strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Research

  • Build high-quality prospect lists across APAC & EMEA markets.
  • Research target accounts within the Microsoft ecosystem, IT consulting, ISVs, and enterprise tech buyers.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers via LinkedIn, websites, and databases.

Outbound Outreach

  • Execute personalised outreach through Email, LinkedIn, Calls, and WhatsApp etc.
  • Create and manage multi-step sequences for ERP /CRM, Cloud, and Managed Services offerings.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for conversations, MQLs, and SQLs.

Qualification & Lead Management

  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, timeline, and fit.
  • Convert cold /warm leads into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Collaborate with BDM and pre-sales teams for handover of qualified leads.

Tools & CRM

  • Work with tools like Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene and lead notes.

Reporting

  • Track outreach performance, conversion metrics, and engagement rates.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on pipeline activity.

Candidate ProfileMandatory Skills

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation for IT or technology services.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach with quality personalization.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Microsoft Solutions Partners.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365, ERP/CRM, Power Platform, Cloud & Managed Services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads (MQLs /SQLs).
  • Outreach conversion rates.
  • Meeting setups and opportunity handovers.
  • Data accuracy and CRM hygiene.
  • Pipeline contribution and YoY growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
