Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

Hind Adsoft is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 64. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving business growth through various digital and offline strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential customers through various online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
• Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or B2B sales is a plus.
