Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing directly to the company’s growth by building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through cold emailing, and social media outreach
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create lead generation strategies
• Track and report performance metrics regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or automation platforms is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing/sales funnels
• Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation (as applicable)
