Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:
We are hiring energetic and motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through various channels including cold calling, emails, and social media. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads in target markets
• Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, or LinkedIn
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand off to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• 6 months –2 years of experience in lead generation or sales (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online research
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
