Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to target potential clients, and maintaining communication with prospects. The role involves working closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy. Daily tasks will also include utilizing various tools and platforms to track lead generation activities and providing feedback on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.


Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and generating New Leads and Lead Generation through what's model
  • Strong Communication skills aimed at engaging potential clients
  • Sales skills to convert leads into customers
  • Research skills for targeting potential clients and market analysis
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
