Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target potential clients in the UAE, USA, and other international markets. Run effective email marketing campaigns for outreach and follow-ups. Use CRM tools and lead databases to build and manage prospect lists. Set up and manage inbound lead funnels through landing pages, forms, and lead magnets. Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc. Conduct A/B testing and track key KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.). Coordinate SEO and SEM strategies for international visibility. Manage content strategy (blogs, newsletters, social media) to support lead generation efforts. Market Research & Strategy: Understand customer profiles and behavior in the export markets. Develop tailored messaging and campaigns for specific industries or regions. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends. Requirements: 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Strong understanding of international B2B marketing, preferably in export or industrial domains. Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc. Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. Experience in targeting regions like the UAE, USA, or GCC countries is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in the export/import sector or knowledge of international trade practices.
