Female Candidate Preferred Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week) Looking for Immediate Joiner We are looking for an experienced and energetic Lead Generation Specialist to join our business development team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients using company-provided data, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to confidently engage decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients using company-provided data. Clearly communicate Furations IT services and solutions to potential clients. Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team. Maintain accurate interaction logs and update CRM/records with lead details. Meet daily/weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets. Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to refine messaging. Requirements 6 month To 2 years of experience in lead generation, client outreach, or inside sales. Prior experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management software is a plus.

This individual will focus on understanding core client industries, researching target markets, and identifying new opportunities to support Furations growth in IT services such as app development, software development, and staff augmentation. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to accelerate their career in a fast-growing IT company. The Analyst will work closely with the Director, gaining hands-on guidance on identifying and approaching high-potential markets and clients. Key Responsibilities Collect and organize relevant data for calling teams and email campaign teams. Research IT and technology industry trends, target markets, competitors, and client segments. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and partnerships in domestic and international markets. Build and manage data dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) to track and analyze findings. Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to leadership. Support go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights to strengthen business development and sales efforts. Work directly with the Director to define research objectives, methodologies, and strategic recommendations Requirements 6 month to 1 year of experience in a similar role within an IT company. Strong understanding of market targeting and research methods. Use tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM to identify and manage leads. Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience in managing dashboards. Excellent analytical, research, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
