1. Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with prior experience in the Forex and Crypto industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing and lead generation tools, and be capable of identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into qualified prospects.

2. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality and organic leads through various digital platforms (especially social media).
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients interested in Forex and Crypto trading services.
• Manage outbound communication (calls, emails, messages) to connect with international prospects.
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) with accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Create and manage lead funnels to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Analyze performance metrics and report weekly progress.

3. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months to 2 years of proven experience in lead generation in the Forex and/or Crypto domain.
• Strong communication skills (English – verbal & written).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Forex and Cryptocurrency trends and terminology.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
