About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support a UK-based recruitment firm. You’ll be at the forefront of finding and connecting with high-potential clients, helping us expand our reach and build strong relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in the UK recruitment market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
  • Engage with decision-makers and nurture relationships that convert to long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure lead generation aligns with client needs.
  • Keep accurate records in our CRM/ATS system.
  • Monitor and report lead generation performance and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on UK recruitment trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in lead generation or business development, ideally in recruitment.
  • Confident communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to target the right clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and lead-gen platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Highly organized with great time management skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

 

 

Preferred

 

  • Experience generating leads in niche recruitment sectors.
  • Familiarity with UK business culture and recruitment compliance basics.
