Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in the city of Tiruchirappalli, TamilNadu. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through research and online marketing channels. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing within the IT services sector, with a strong focus on the US market . This role demands a self-motivated professional who is passionate about digital outreach and generating high-quality leads that contribute directly to our sales pipeline. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, while consistently identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilies Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting clients in the United States , particularly for IT services and solutions. Use digital marketing channels including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns to drive qualified traffic and leads. Create compelling content for digital campaigns, including landing pages, email templates, and social media posts. Manage and optimize marketing funnels and lead nurturing processes. Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation activities with revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and key decision-makers. Track campaign performance, prepare analytics reports, and suggest actionable improvements. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and campaign data. Stay current with industry trends, marketing technologies, and competitor activity. Requires Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing in the IT services domain . Senior Candidates are encouraged to apply as well. Demonstrated success in generating leads and building pipeline in the US market . Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and content-driven marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
