Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Manager with minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager in Lead Generation, specifically in the EdTech space (preferably low-ticket upskilling/training programs).
This is a key role where you'll be responsible for building predictable and scalable lead generation funnels and managing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute & optimize lead generation strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Forms & Email
Lead and manage a team of Lead Gen Associates / Interns
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets are met
Source college partnerships, campus communities, and relevant digital touchpoints to acquire high-quality leads
Track and improve lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion pipeline
Use CRM tools, lead sheets, and performance dashboards for tracking and optimization
Collaborate with marketing and sales to create growth campaigns
Proactively identify new channels for outreach and automation
Requirements:
📌 Minimum 2 years of experience as a TL/Manager in Lead Generation (must be from EdTech – preferably in upskilling, training, or career programs)
💡 Experience working with organic lead funnels and community/college outreach
📈 Strong understanding of lead conversion metrics and tools (Google Sheets, Notion, CRMs)
✅ Ability to think creatively and build new outreach processes
