Lead Generation Manager

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as a Team Leader in Sales Development. Your primary focus will be on managing the team to achieve appointment generation targets through effective coaching and performance management. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will align team goals with overall business objectives to drive continuous improvement. Your role will involve analyzing outreach metrics, optimizing lead generation strategies, and ensuring high-quality communication and professionalism in client interactions. Additionally, you will play a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new SDRs to maintain a high-performing team. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT services industry, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in appointment generation. Strong leadership skills, coaching abilities, and performance management expertise are essential for this role. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required, along with familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
