Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing:

    Proactively identify and source new prospective clients through online research, social media, business directories, and other digital channels.
  • Engage and Warm Up Leads:

    Contact both self-sourced and company-provided leads via phone, email, and online platforms. Your primary focus will be to warm up these leads—building rapport, understanding their needs, and preparing them for further engagement with the sales team.
  • Consultative Approach:

    Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and web development solutions.
  • Service Presentation:

    Present Rise Media’s services, emphasizing key benefits and unique selling points.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate records of all lead generation and engagement activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, technical, and client servicing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new market opportunities.
  • Feedback Collection:

    Gather client feedback to help improve our service offerings and lead generation strategies.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to quickly understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
