Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Team Lead - Real Estate Consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, guiding them to achieve their targets. Your daily tasks will include supervising sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing sales data to improve performance. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong client relationships.
