Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, researching, and developing new business opportunities for PWHT equipment, services, and industrial products. This role focuses on building databases, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by generating high-quality prospects across India and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential customers in fabrication, EPC, refinery, and maintenance industries.
  • Collect and verify company details, decision-makers contacts, and ongoing project information.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, industry portals, and references.
  • Maintain and update CRM or Excel databases for all leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Send introductory emails, product brochures, and company profiles to target customers.
  • Track tender announcements and industrial project updates relevant to PWHT and related services.
  • Support management with weekly lead reports and dashboards.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience in industrial marketing, inside sales, or business research (preferably B2B environment). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google search, and database tools. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Excel or CRM systems for maintaining lead records.
