Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for sales and business development of PWHT services, including field heat treatment, refractory dry-outs, and associated site services. The candidate will engage with fabrication contractors, EPCs, and refineries to secure service contracts and manage customer satisfaction through project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PWHT and heat treatment services across India.
Prepare quotations and rate contracts for project-based and shutdown jobs.
Engage with QA/QC, project engineers, and procurement teams at client sites.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat service orders.
Coordinate with operations and manpower teams for project mobilization and completion.
Monitor project progress, invoicing, and payments with the accounts team.
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights for management reporting.
Represent company during site visits, technical meetings, and audits.

Experience & Qualifications:

2- 6 years of experience in sales of industrial services preferably PWHT, NDT, or fabrication-related projects. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Familiarity with project-based service selling, pricing structures, and client coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively and work with field teams.
