Key Responsibilities:


• Lead Sourcing & Prospecting:

o Research and identify potential business leads through various channels, such as online databases, social media, industry events, and cold outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).

o Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with the company’s target customer profile.


• Outbound Outreach:

o

o Follow up with leads to build interest and schedule meetings for sales representatives or account managers.


• Database Management:

o Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads and prospects using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

o Track outreach activities, responses, and engagement to improve lead generation strategies.


• Collaboration with Sales Team:

o Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and closing.

o Provide the sales team with detailed information about leads and prospects to support the sales process.


• Market Research:

o Stay informed about industry trends, market opportunities, and competitors to identify new lead generation tactics and strategies.

o Continuously refine lead generation methods to improve lead quality and conversion rates.


• Reporting & Analytics:

o Track and report on lead generation metrics (e.g., number of leads, conversion rates, outreach activity) to assess performance.

o Suggest improvements based on performance analysis and feedback. 


Requirements

- Good communication skills in English.

- Key Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads.

- Function: Leads & Marketing.

- Experience: Freshers/Experienced.

- Salary: As per company standards, with attractive incentives.

- Shift: US Shift, 5:00 PM to2:30 AM (Night Shift), Office-based.

- Location: Hyderabad.

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/MBA.
