Job Summary

As a Lead Generation Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building prospect databases, and helping the sales team connect with decision-makers. You’ll play a key role in driving international business opportunities and ensuring a steady pipeline of leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media.
• Qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information.
• Generate interest and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to confidently engage with international clients.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
• Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
