Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for an experienced and articulate Lead Generating Executive to join our UK survey process team. The role focuses on conducting outbound calls to collect accurate survey responses and generate qualified leads based on set criteria — no sales involved. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in UK-based survey or lead generation processes and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to UK prospects to carry out structured surveys. Gather, verify, and record accurate information from respondents. Identify potential leads during surveys and pass them on to the appropriate team. Maintain call quality standards and adhere to the survey script/process guidelines. Update and manage data records in the CRM/database. Meet daily and weekly targets for surveys completed and leads generated. Follow compliance protocols for data protection and privacy (UK GDPR). Requirements: Mandatory: Prior experience in UK survey process or lead generation in the BPO sector. Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or UK-adaptable accent. Strong listening and probing skills. Ability to work during UK shift timings. Basic computer knowledge Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work.
