Lead Generation Executive

As a Lead Generation Executive / Leader for Admissions (B.A., B.Sc., B.Ed.) in Kanpur Dehat, you will be responsible for driving student admissions for undergraduate programs in the region. Your role involves utilizing your expertise in educational marketing, lead generation strategies, and regional outreach to attract potential students. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads through various channels, organizing promotional activities like seminars and workshops, managing a team of telecallers or field executives, collaborating with the admissions team for lead conversion, establishing partnerships with local educational entities, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions using CRM tools or Excel. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and ensure the achievement of lead generation and admission targets. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in lead generation or admission counseling for educational institutions, a strong network and knowledge of the Kanpur Dehat region, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in meeting targets. Being self-motivated, result-oriented, and having a Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably with an education background) are essential requirements.
