Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update CRM with accurate lead data and interaction records
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
  • Create reports on lead-generation performance metrics and suggest optimizations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and outreach tools (Email automation, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong research, analytical, organizational, and target-driven capabilities
  • Skilled at identifying high-potential prospects and building relationships
  • Effective with cold outreach via email, and social media
  • Ability to analyze and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborative mindset to partner with sales and marketing teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
