Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales & Email Marketing (B2B)
to build and run multi-channel outreach systems across both verticals —
Recruitment Services
and
AI Data Services
.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
email marketing tools (Instantly, SmartLeads, Apollo)
and be able to independently
manage campaigns, warm-up domains, research leads, and optimize conversions.
This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about turning outbound research and automation into qualified client conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Prospecting
- Deep-dive into LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and startup databases to identify potential B2B clients.
- Build and segment lists of decision-makers (Founders, HR Heads, AI Program Managers, Procurement Leads).
- Scrape and validate email IDs using Apollo, MillionVerified, NeverBounce, etc.
- Tag leads by vertical (Recruitment / AI Data) and region.
- Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end cold email setup using tools like Instantly (Primary) and SmartLeads (Secondary).
- Configure domain warmups, mailbox rotation, signatures, and sending limits (20–30/day per inbox).
- Design and A/B test short, plain-text email sequences (no bold, logo, or links).
- Randomize greetings, CTAs, and signatures to improve deliverability.
- Maintain a central admin panel and track inbox health, replies, and bounce rates.
- Regularly export and refresh verified Apollo leads into new campaigns.
- Reuse and re-engage inactive leads every 3 months.
- LinkedIn Research & Automation
- Use LinkedIn to identify hiring patterns, AI data project launches, and decision-maker movements.
- Build automations for job scraping and enrichment (via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Phantombuster, or other tools).
- Generate actionable intelligence on companies actively hiring or running AI/ML projects.
- Lead Nurturing & Handover
- Conduct initial qualification calls/emails with interested prospects.
- Document client requirements and pass warm leads to the Founder/Senior Team for closure.
- Track all pipeline updates in CRM or shared tracking sheet.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor all campaign KPIs: Open Rate
- Reply Rate
- Deliverability
- Bounce Rate
- Meetings Booked
- Conversion Rate.
- Report weekly results, learnings, and improvement ideas.
- Suggest new offers, subject lines, and audience segments based on response trends.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 1–3 years of B2B outbound sales / email marketing / business development experience.
- Hands-on with Apollo, Instantly, SmartLeads, or similar tools.
- Experience in domain warmups, inbox rotation, and deliverability management.
- Strong research and data management mindset.
- Excellent written English (for crafting short, crisp email copy).
- Comfortable making basic prospecting calls when needed.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn scraping tools or automations (bonus).
- Self-driven, highly organized, and result-oriented.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in Recruitment, IT, AI Data, or BPO Sales is an advantage.
